    On the pictures you can see that I have no ban but one is displayed. It is very strange.

    Unfortunately, the support could not help.

    Like i said,i've seen this before.I've had it happen to myself a few years ago.Just check it in a couple of days but if there are no actual restrictions on you when you are on xbox live then it's just a glitch & nothing to worry about.

    The fact is, I don't feel good & that's a mistake. Everyone who gets a ban has two hands in orange to the left of the reputation. Everything works, Xbox needs to fix this bug. I see what you mean. I have been playing Xbox since 2003. The Enforcement Team has no reason for a ban on my account.

    Sorry, but I can't read the information listed. However, no one here can help with enforcement actions. What you should do is log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com and click on the handshake icon to open a case review with the PET.

    The PET are in sole charge of enforcements and can only be reached via this method so long as the action is for longer than 24 hours.
