    Xbox enforcement issues


    So I've never dealt with the enforcement team on Xbox before. I've never been under any kind of suspension, but yesterday I was notified that my account is under a suspension. I can't send or receive messages, or join my friends party chat. I'm not sure why, but it told me to go to the enforcement page for Xbox and I can file a claim. But when I get to the enforcement page it shows I have a clean record and no history or current enforcements, so I can't file a claim, and I have no clue how to fix this issue. I also don't know why it got suspended or for how long, and I have no way of contacting anyone on the enforcement team. How do I fix this?

    True (my question) would it take action if it happened like a year ago and someone just noticed it and reported it kinda unfair someone could abuse that and get like their friends to report them for something that's not true

    It's been an issue for a couple of weeks for everyone. Unfortunately, all you can do is wait for the site to be fixed.

    Unfortunately the enforcement site is having an issue with not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. All you can do is wait for the site to be fixed.

    Keep note, I'm not asking for a pity party. I'm just actually spreading awareness to how flawed this enforcement system is, not only that I'm also seeking out help to get this properly fixed because I'll appreciate any sort of help.
