    Xbox Enforcement is very bias


    Late last night i was playing online and was doing really good, was just having some really good luck. was beating people left and right, then all of a sudden one person tell me to [mod removed] and i reported it and the enforcement team refuses to suspend this person for profanity. but i responded my telling this person, this kind of language is unacceptable and that he's been reported. but yet i received a 24 hour suspension for harassment and nothing comes of this person telling me to [mod removed] out of nowhere. enforcement team is being very bias and decides who they choose to kick off. if this is the way microsoft runs there little game then i don't want any part of it. xbox enforcement is very toxic and should be barred from making suspensions that are not offensive.

    Pointless Reporting system

    Bans do not occur without reason and do not happen based on sort of bias info.

    If a enforcement action happens on an account it is most likely warranted and within reason.

    No one here on the forums can help with enforcement actions.

    are you guys always so bias when you ban people? im just curious because I find it funny that when I report people for bullying and harassment your enforcement team does absolutely nothing about my report and no ban is issued yet you ban me for defending

    HOW DO I CONTACT XBOX LIVE ENFORCEMENT OVER PHONE?

    So that basically gives Xbox enforcement opportunities to ban anyone they want to, without needing any valid reason. Wouldn't you say that to be true? If nobody is able to speak to them, or their supervisor, they basically have freedom to ban whoever they want to ban. Wouldn't you say this might just be a huge potential problem for Xbox if an enforcement team started to become bias in any way?
