Xbox Enforcement idea

Hey I may got an idea to make enforcement easier how about players reviewing reported content such as messages and saying its offensive if 20 people say its offensive they get to the real enforcement and they can ban them if most people say the message wasn't
offensive it gets deleted and it won't be forwarded to enforcement the most accurate person that helped best gets something for free as a reward every month such a reward will be given out this will make it more easy for enforcement and we can make Xbox safer

if someone keeps saying someone was doing something offensive when not their account get banned and they can never help moderate again or get something free again just like random free codes that Xbox sends you randomly

If you like this idea let me know I hope they do something like this should be really fun

I personally think the enforcement guidelines need to be review and updated by Microsoft. I have never been banned for anything but some of the stuff I read on here is crazy.

The system works fine as it is.

We did have something similar years ago where ambassadors reviewed gamertags & if they thought they violated the ToU/CoC then they were reviewed by the enforcement team.Never got out of beta testing.

Getting rewarded just for reporting someone would end up being abused no end.

The enforcement team have a system that works & has worked for years.

sounds reasonable but I think it would be hard to implement. You'd be gambling that what you find offensive is the same as a majority of random strangers on the internet. You could end up tied down by endless appeals against their decisions. It
could work, but I reckon MS would rather have a dedicated bunch of people who
know what the standard is and rigidly enforce that. I think I would too.

The Enforcement like it is now is doing a great job at correcting the behaviour of the gamers that violate the Code of Conduct.

Just remember that Xbox Live is available in countries all ober the world.

Something might not be offensieve in your country, but it is in my country. So they have to protect all users of Xbox Live no matter where they live.

The problem is different ages might see different words as offensive.
