Xbox enforcement bugged?

are hidden for privacy) ok so im trying to help a friend with his account and he is like losing it since there is 8 years and achievements and money out into his account. On the 27th of January his account randomly got a ban with the two hand shakes that are red, no email or notifications through xbox. He had only one ban ever that happened in 2020 of November. I have been telling him a lot of people have been getting banned for no reason as well. And wondering if anyone one else is experiencing this? And how is Xbox going to fix this issue because let’s be real Xbox support has NOT tweeted this issue yet but customer support have been saying there there has been a lot of other players experiencing these random bans. His enforcement page showing a green bar on the reputation and the orange hand shakes show only the ONE ban that happened in November of 2020 and said suspended complete and was lifted. Pls let me know that my friend isn’t alone and let me know something positive about the issue being fixed to be able to have their accounts again.

If you already read the other forum post you would find your answer

Permanent bans arent permanent and you must wait till website is fixed

HOWERVER THERE ARE no.false bans you wouldve received a suspension for a reason just not the correct length of perm recently

As.mentioned no one on forums actually works for xbox except for support. Labeled ones and as with support they can't help with enforcement issues

Yeah it is still banned and as I mentioned a month later well as of today a month of two days. It's still banned. I think a lot of people on the forums are favoritism, as they only respond to certain people even on support calls. It's been like this since I have been on Xbox back in 2010 on 360. Not just support, people in general. It's rude and inconsiderate, tbh. But it's still in red and yet, they have a phone number for the enforcement team. A real woman voicemail and not an automated bot asking to leave your gamertag, yet support says they don't want us calling. Then why ask for a gamertag in the voicemail? It's like contradicting the statement lol. They don't even call you back or even look into it. They don't keep people in the loop, no wonder why customers leave and don't return. In the long run since a lot have left already. You can't be successful without customers, Rockstar games is bad but not this bad. I have given up with MS. I have given them 12 years to prove me wrong, they have failed to do so. Edit: Are you still banned Lethal Retry? Also people ignore replies and try to think they know me on here and clearly don't. Don't change your story on that there is no way to contact them ever than you said that they can't because of spam callers. 1st just because they don't answer doesn't mean you can't call them. They ask for a gamertag from a real womans voice not a bot. 2nd it's not a myth. It's true look at the video of the YouTube channel I gave you and not make accusations about me. Cya
