    Xbox enforcement bans


    Please make it so enforcement cannot ban you without giving you details on your ban. It should be considered a false ban if no details are added. At first I thought I was banned because of communications… so I scroll through my messages to see if I cursed at anyone or if any of my messages were deleted. No they weren’t. Now I’m banned from communications and playing online on the whole console for a system/games I paid for and grind on with no details. I sent in an appeal, but it was denied…. WITH NO DETAILS. I don’t cheat on the game? No mods? No nothing? So why am I banned and if that can’t be explained please unban me. And it’s crazy how the customer support numbers are public but not the enforcement hmmmm I wonder why that is.

    was it a game ban or an actual Xbox live ban, if a game ban then you would need to contact 343, if a live ban then you need to go to the enforcement site to check as support are not allowed to handle enforcement issues.

    Chech https://enforcement.xbox.com for the ban-reason and ways to possibly lift the ban. The enforcement team usually doesn't ban people/consoles for no reason. Either someone reported you or the enforcement team noticed stuff.

    There's nothing about bans or any other enforcement actions we at xbox ambassadors can do.

    Xbox Enforcement wont ban you for something on a service that is not owned by Microsoft/Xbox.

    Your ban could be of something you did on Xbox awhile back. As it is not always enforced once the report comes in.
