    As seen from the following pictures I have been giving a notice of enforcement. This was because of a pfp that was inappropriate to some extent but all inappropriate features were not show. The thing that made this inappropriate was text in the pfp which was cropped of before any words were complete. I have put in Appels they were not looked at correctly. On one hand I have been told it’s just a normal pfp ban which is fair for the situation at hand as shown 2nd picture. But when I went on Xbox it said I was banned from more things which is unreasonable for the situation at hand as shown 1st picture. Quite frankly there needs to be other ways to contact the enforcement team as you can’t get this resolved form normal Xbox support.

    I personally would love to talk to someone who can resolve this issue at Xbox so I will be reply to any and every comment

    Sorry to say, but here's not possible to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions. (it's a public forum, no one can access or view Microsoft account and even less enforcement actions)

    Even if you contact regular Microsoft Support, they're not able to discuss your account and don’t have access to enforcement details.

    The only place to do it is via enforcement site https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    If your case review gets denied, sadly you need to wait until the suspension ends Doxki

    Sorry you experienced this. However, the enforcement team will not report a gamertag to law enforcement. What you need to do is report the issue to your local law enforcement agency. Provide proof of the conversation if you have it. They will investigate
    and contact the users local law enforcement agency if they do not live near you.

    You should contact your local law enforcement agency with the serial number to the console, and they can work with Microsoft to track the console.

    Definitely go to account.microsoft.com and change your password to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Contact your local law enforcement agency.
