Xbox emulation and Microsoft commercial license

I want to simulate Microsoft XBOX 360 controller with keyboard, I use my VID and PID and cannot use XINPUT driver, so what do I need to do?

1. I can use USB\Vid_045E&Pid_028E, how can I get the authorization from Microsoft?

2. Or how can I add my VID and PID to Microsoft drivers?

I don't think I need the support of technical documentation. I hope I can get the authorization from Microsoft and use Microsoft ID. What should I do?

Albania is not a supported Xbox region, you cannot use it there.

Xbox does not offer internet cafe style licensing,even in a supported region, nor would they be able to give you permission to emulate. Emulators are not allowed on Xbox, ever, unless it's an official, licensed commercial product like Atari Anthology or Rare Replay.

Using emulators, or any other form of piracy on Xbox can result in account and hardware bans, regardless of what you have heard elsewhere

You were never allowed to do emulation outside of approved, licensed commercial products like Rare Replay., it has always been against the terms of service not only specifically to do emulation, but running any kind of unauthorized programs on your Xbox. Using things like Dev mode not to develop software is also specifically against the rules.

Doing so can lead to account and hardware bans.
