    When I was in school, I created my Xbox account on a school Email address, the only address wuth Microsoft attached to it. I now need to change that Email, however I have been irreversibly locked out of my school Email account and cannot access it in any
    way. Is there any way to remove this Email address without losing all my game progress, of which I have a lot. I've been through multiple sites and none have the answer as all the answers require you to be able to access the main Email for the account. I'd
    really appreciate help.

    Hi Kaleeb,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. I'm sorry to inform you the option to transfer saved data, achievements and any/or game purchases from another Microsoft Account will not be possible. We currently do not have an available feature. The one
    step we have available is changing the primary email on the Microsoft account.
    You can however set up home consoleon the main profile.
    Note:If you choose to remove an alias that uses a Microsoft domain such as @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, or @live.com, that alias will be completely deleted and will not be available
    to sign in to any Microsoft services.

    As a rule there are no refunds on digital purchases which it clearly tells you when you go to buy something from the store.

    But if a game is broken then usually they will refund you the money.Not sure how you think Microsoft or Xbox have committed fraud.

    If the developers have released a broken game then you should be complaining to them.

    If you need your own account you will have to create one, as far as I know, you cannot transfer information from an old account to a new account.
