    Xbox email for account issues being blocked


    Hello so basically my xbox account was under my mothers email because I was a child when it was created however I have attempted to change it to my own email / main email however her email has been blocked due to guessing the password too many times and I have tried getting it restored however I cannot provide enough information for it and I keep getting rejected any help?

    Block and report them.

    Whats happening is that when people are making spammy bot accounts with Microsoft emails, they are also being given a random gamertag.

    So the bots are not only spamming emails, but Xbox Live accounts too.

    Just make sure you block and report the accounts, and enforcement will take care of it.

    What do you mean by the WLID being blocked?

    Is that email account suspended from service for a short time?
