    Xbox Elite


    I am using my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller on my windows laptop through bluetooth. The controller disconnects from my pc around every 2 minutes and appears to reconnect but actually does not work. When this happens, I have to manually turn off the controller,
    then turn it on, go to my bluetooth settings and remove the controller from the list, then put the controller into pairing mode and re-pair my controller. This happens multiple times during a CoD match, forcing me to abandon the game multiple times. I have
    had this issue ever since I bought the device in December 2019, but it has gone much much worse over the last few months, causing me to spend more time in the settings than in the actual game, not to mention how annoying it makes the experience.

    My controller is updated to the latest firmware and Windows is also up to date. I have also turned off all the power-restricting features on Windows.

    I am very disappointed with this product and I hope that I can get help soon.

    How do I identify my Xbox 360 model?

    From the sound of it, it is either an xbox 360 Elite or Super Elite. To find out, check how big the hard drive is 120GB (Elite)or 250GB (Super Elite). Either way it is an Elite, but with a bigger hard drive. Also you can tell by the usb sockets on the back,
    if it's just one, you have an Elite/Super Elite.

    What is Elite 1 and Elite 2? Are you talking about XBox One joystick?

    There was an Xbox 360 Elite version, with a 120 GB harddrive, but there isn’t an Xbox One Elite version of the console.
