Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 - Warranty claim issues

I tried putting in a warranty claim, as my rubber grips have started to come off completely and I am met with:

"There are no service options available, for further assistance contact us."

So I try contacting through every single method I can find and I can't speak to a single real person in order to resolve my warranty issue, which it still is in warranty.

Call back in Australia is between 23:00 and 10:00, are you kidding me?

It's as if they are deliberately making it as difficult as possible to put in a warranty claim in hopes that the consumer will go away.

Well if I don't get any response here my next point of call is ACCC and going down that path. Absolutely terrible Microsoft. You are a multi billion dollar company, do better.

I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

Per the manual you posted, the warranty is "90 days for refurbished Xbox consoles and all Xbox accessories except Elite Wireless controller Series 2". Since an Xbox controller is an accessory, it has a 90 day warranty.
