Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Bluetooth problem

Hi,

ich habe das Problem das mein Controller via Bluetooth nicht erkannt wird.

Ich hab mir den Controller für den PC besorgt, besitze selbst keine XBOX, und möchte eine Verbindung via Bluetooth-Adapter herstellen. Nach starter Schwierigkeiten, was das Zusammenspiel von Microsoft-Konto und der App Xbox-Zubehör betrifft, hat der Controller
auch funktioniert. Nun wird dieser aber vom Adapter nicht mehr erkannt. Diverse andere Geräte, wie meine Fritz Box, das Tablet vom Nachbar über mir, Amazon TV-Stick, werden erkannt.

Was ich bereits gemacht habe ist:

- Windows Update

- Firmware Update für Controller

- Bluetooth Problem Lösungsvorschlag (https://support.xbox.com/de-DE/help/hardware-network/accessories/connect-and-troubleshoot-xbox-one-bluetooth-issues)

- Durchsuchen von diversen Foren (Microsoft, Reddit...)

- PC Neu gestartet

Ich nutze den "TP-Link UB400"-Bluetooth Adapter. Dieser hat eine Plug&Play Funktion für Windows 10, somit gibt es keine Treiber (nicht einmal auf der Hersteller Website) welche aktualisiert werden könnten. Erworben habe ich den Controller über Amazon, welche
mich ausschließlich auf den Microsoft Support verweisen mit einer 0180-6xxxxx Rufnummer. Den Controller konnte ich meinem Konto nicht hinzufügen da ich ja keine XBOX besitze, dies aber wohl Voraussetzung ist. Nun bin ich mit meinem Rat am Ende und weiß mir
nicht weiter zu helfen.

I have the problem that my controller is not recognized via Bluetooth.

I got the controller for the PC, I don't have an XBOX myself, and I want to connect via Bluetooth adapter. After some initial difficulties with the interaction of my Microsoft account and the App Xbox accessories, the controller worked. But now it is not
recognized by the adapter anymore. Various other devices, like my Fritz Box, the tablet of the neighbor above me, Amazon TV-Stick, are recognized.

What I have already done is:

- Searching various forums (Microsoft, Reddit..)

- PC restarted

I use the "TP-Link UB400" Bluetooth adapter. It has a Plug&Play function for Windows 10, so there are no drivers (not even on the manufacturer website) which could be updated. I bought the controller from Amazon, which only refers me to Microsoft support
with a 0180-6xxxxx phone number. I couldn't add the controller to my account because I don't have an XBOX, but this is a requirement. Now I am at the end of my rope and don't know how to help myself.
