Xbox Elite Wireless Controller 2 warranty repair

I sent recently send my Xbox Elite 2 controller in for a warranty repair as the "Y" button stopped working consistently along with a host of other problems. After 2 weeks without my controller I received it back today, with the exact same problem. They literally didn't fix a single one of the issues I reported when I sent it in for repair. I tried to start another repair order, but the device page no longer offers me the option to request another repair, although it clearly shows that it's still under warranty. How do I go about resubmitting it for repair?

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

Per the manual you posted, the warranty is "90 days for refurbished Xbox consoles and all Xbox accessories except Elite Wireless controller Series 2". Since an Xbox controller is an accessory, it has a 90 day warranty.

I tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

Its elite 2 controller i sent it to Microsoft repair center under warranty its had warranty tell 2025 after it got repaired the warranty just expired how does that happen
