Xbox elite series 2 will it be fixed? Mine has been out for repair for over a month and 6th...

This is my 6th elite series 2 since release and I have been without the controller for approx 110 days out of 250 days approx of even owning the controller due to it having to be sent in due to manufacturing issues such as double input on right bumper, stick
drift, and right trigger sticking.

Why is it taking so long for a replacement to be sent in to me when I have sent in my Elite series 2 controller over a month ago and I am receiving such terrible customer service? The representative who processed my order told me I hopped on the controller
“too early” which does not give me confidence in any new microsoft product. I have been on the phone multiple times and gone back and fourth via email with representatives to tell me to “be patient” and “the order will be procfessed soon” and even “your order
is done being proccessed just waiting for it to be shipped” (which was false and I have screen shots of all the emails)

When I called on July 22nd to inquire again about what whats happening with the controller since I did not receive a tracking number, I was told my repair order has NOT finished being proccessed and I have to wait again. I asked to speak to a supervisor
as this is no way a customer who has been with Microsoft for over 20 years should be treated. The supervisor by the name of David contacted me and after I asked how they will keep me as a customer instead of buying a new console from someone else such as sony
or nintendo he said “more power to the player” and also said he was “putting my order as a priority” when I have not heard or seen anything change about my order.

At the beginning of all this I tried everything to get an extended warranty and I was told it was not possible for the controller as it is an accessory.

It is very frustrating and disappointing that we are going on our 6th elite series 2 replacement since thing all happened and have to go 2 - 4 weeks or motr to wait for the replacement for it to fail again.

My son and I really do love the controller but not the quality control. It is really disappointing that a controller we have spent $260 on won’t last even 2-3 years and yet we still have fully functioning controllers we bought with our console 6 years
ago. When I asked about compensassion for the trouble I was only offered 30 days of xbox live gold....

I really hope you guys do something about this because we were firm believers of Xbox delivering high quality products, but now we are starting to feel other wise with all the hassle we have received with the controller and may as well take our buisness
elsewhere because “power to the player” am I right?
