3. Select Repair Order at the bottom of the page.
   
4. The status of your order will appear.

Is the 2 weeks including delivery?

With controllers they typically just send a replacement since it's cheaper than repairing them.

It is just going to depend on what the issue is with the controller. If the issue is not one that can be solved, because you are under warranty, you will be sent a new controller. If it can be fixed then you will receive back the controller you sent in.
