    Hi, i recently ordered a service repair/exchange request. I was sent shipping label the same day and i sent it off to Frankfurt Germany that day (I live in the UK). It said it was delivered today by USP, however when i check on the Microsoft website it
    states it has not yet been delivered to them? Thanks for your help . One last thing is that the package was delivered around 8:37 in the morning not at night.

    Hi,

    Microsoft website and Repair center update can take up to 72 hours.

    But as UPS tells you its delivered you dont have to worry ;)

    Repair status hasn't updated. Courier says delivered to the repair centre.

    Have you had any further feedback ? I have sent (24/06) my Elite 2 off for repair and UPS says its been delivered (29/06), but it has not been updated on the Order status.

    I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

    And My 'A' button is very bad..

    Croatia is not a xbox live supported country so there are no contact details for support.

    Link Distribution is just a retail supplier & not a official Microsoft service centre as far as I can see.

    Like I said,the European service/repair centre is in Germany so it looks like your console has been repaired by a third party repair centre.

    If that's the case then there's nothing anyone here can do.
