Xbox Elite Series 2 RB/LB double clicking (Double Input bug)

it happened to me so what i did was i purchased another series two and it had the same problem

Microsoft needs to make sure to not do this again. $180 controller and it has bugs? Come on now. My local best buy has none in stock and I can't even get a replacement. Disaappointiog. You would think a company like Microsoft would be reliable with a $180
controller but no sht company.

I think it is a major design flaw on ALL controllers. It seems to take about 2 months for it to start happening. I am getting it worse and worse all the time now.

I read on many forums that people are on their 3 or 4th controllers after returning theirs ie. Microsoft have not resolved the issue with the latest batch of controllers so there is little point returning them under warranty at the moment.

I dont see why this could not be fixed via a firmware update. Just add in a delay time between double clicks that is not humanly possible or likely eg. 0.1 secs so that false double clicks are not registered.

It is the series 2, I'm just trying to figure what is causing this problem for so many of the controllers.
