Xbox Elite Series 2 on sale after I bought it

Hello,

Around a month ago, I ordered an xbox elite series 2 controller at full price. I now see that it's on sale on microsoft store. I've heard of microsoft refunding the difference of items that went in sale, if they were bought recently. Is this true?

I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

i have the standard issue for xbox one x an elite series 1 and an elite series 2 and i can honestly say the elite series are worth the money
