Xbox elite series 2 joystick works but doesn't.

I have an Xbox elite series 2 controller that has been working perfectly fine but then all of a sudden the left stick didn't want to respond every time I pushed it especially if it was fast. After playing around with it I have realized that it works perfectly fine if I do not have the magnetic grip attached. But as soon as I put that little grip on there it starts to not respond.

I cleaned it, still having issues. I have ordered some new grips to put on but all the ones I currently have that came with it cause the same issue.

I have had the elite 1 and now the elite 2 , so far no problems. 👍

What is Elite 1 and Elite 2? Are you talking about XBox One joystick?

Doesn't sound like it the only way to find out if buying one and checking that way, the new elite looks awesome anyways and I'll be buying it
