    Xbox Elite Series 2 Input Overload w11


    Hi,

    I bought a Series 2 two days ago and immediately notice a bug with my controller when in Bluetooth... It disconnects when too much input are registered. I searched a lot to fix this problem, but after updating my pc (Windows 11 22H2), updating my controller, switching back the firmware to an older one and then re-update it, i think i can't do anything more...
    Apparently, it’s a known Microsoft issue that they say they have it fixed with the latest firmware update (5.15.3168.0) but it’s still there...
    For a 180€ controler i think it's a shame... Realy

    Please Microsoft, fix it. Because otherwise the controller is great...

    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    If the problem persists even after updating, please try the following process.

    1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

    3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

    4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

    5. Pair your controller and console again and check if the problem persists.

    If so, is the issue specific to this controller, or have you noticed the regular controller behaving the same way?

    Have you tried connecting the Elite controller to another device to see how it behaves?
