    Xbox Elite Series 2 Extra steps email for warranty didn't send


    Basically the title. I filled out my warranty and everything and it said it will send an email of what to do next but ive checked the email associated with my account and the one I entered and i haven't received anything

    You have to wait a while in order to receive a reply. When did you send the request? Have you tried to check the spam page?

    Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

    The issues in the elite series 2 are really a lot, and like always some are affected others not. Many users reported that even getting a new one by using the warranty came with problems.

    If you have an elite series 2 with issues I recommend you to send it for repair, while you have warranty available.

    Can we get ahold someone who can answer this for certain? I am also having an issue with my right thumbstick and this is a very expensive, and DIFFERENT product from a normal Elite Series 2 controller. If Microsoft/Xbox can't warranty the specific sku, then why is there even a warranty in the box at all? If they were to send a regular Elite Series 2 back after a Halo Infinite version is sent in, then they would be performing a scam--not a warranty service.
