my replacment order has finally said to have been delivered and processed after about 10 days, and i was wondering how it takes for a replacement device to be shipped after the order is processed. Thank you

Just get an exchange. Actually I wouldn‘t buy another one, the Elite 2 series seems to be pretty buggy. Stick with the Elite 1

Is it an Elite Series 2 Controller?

If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.

Please give it 3 business days. The reporting is slow getting into the database for reporting progress and the web site asks for 72hrs, though 3 business days is more like it. Sorry.

Another and better avenue is Customer Support at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us as they actually can look at the data, we cannot.

I have sent my elite 2 controller back 2 times now and am currently waiting on it coming back.... I think that the se2 should work especially as I played 159 for it...

Waste if time and effort..and xbox dont give a ****.... I dont have cash coming out my ears. And saved up for a while for this ****.... just to be given a code for warframe as compensation....

M8 I dont play that game so no use to me ..... its disgusting.... money grabbing bams.... I have lost all faith in xbox and am done going for a ps5 sack this... ps arnt as greddy
