    Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller Stopped Working


    First, I don't own an xbox so any solution involving that will not work. My XBox elite series 2 controller used to work fine on my desktop, then I plugged it into my laptop and updated the firmware. Then when going back to my desktop it no longer works plugged in or over bluetooth. The xbox accessories app will not recognize it while plugged into my desktop either. It will connect over bluetooth but the buttons won't work. I then went back to the laptop and reverted the firmware back to the original and it still won't work. I've also tried removing it from my bluetooth devices and re pairing it and that did not work either.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
