Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller Right Bumper no longer works.

I've owned the series 2 controller since December 13th, 2019 and have had no issues with the controller. As of today the right bumper became noticeably less responsive. It doesn't register an input unless I apply even more pressure. I also saw the warranty
expired in April earlier this year. Help?

You may be able to replace this as well, the warranty is only 90 days but due to the cost of the controller, they may be able to work with this. You will need to contact support in chat or with a callback. They would have to set this up, you cannot do
this online. You would have to pay for shipping and only send the controller, NOTHING else.

Amazon is the other option they do have some very good kits at good prices. And for how to videos, youtube of course.

Try searching for replacement parts kit on amazon i saw a new one on there the other day

I tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

Hey I have got an Elite Series 2 controller the day it was released and it's a really good controller in my opinion. The only thing that I have a problem with is the bumpers LB and RB. They move twice when pressed instead of once like it should. I try moving
tabs on Xbox Home by pressing the bumpers and it goes to far right or left kind of annoying at times.

Other than that its a good controller the trigger stops are nice as well and the paddles are smaller than the Previous Elite Controller.
