Xbox Elite Series 2 controller rb, left thumb stick and right thumbstick acting weird.

I don't know where to even start. My left and right thumbsticks started to drift a little bit right after I got it, which I didn't mind at all cause at the time I didn't care for the stick drift. Not to mention the stick drift was very little for no apparent reason. Fast forward to this month, I accidentally drop the controller and the controller lands right on my right bumper. I didn't think much until I started to press the button. It would make a second click if you moved your finger, it would do this even if you didn't move your finger. I tried using rubbing alcohol to see if there were any gunk wedged between the RT and RB and there seen to be none. I tried blowing in between and there seen to be nothing and not to mention I used cardboard to try to clean it and not a single of those methods that I used worked. If you're asking if I got I got carboard in it, the answer would be no of course. It also doesn't detect any input from the controller it self. I am worried for my money and my controller!

Is there any way I can get my controller fixed or replaced?

Will I have to pay for it, (I do have a year warranty on the controller)

Do i have to wait 48 hrs since I just hooked up my controller to my microsoft account or do I not?

It took me a while to adjust, but now that I have, a regular Xbox controller doesn't feel right after spending a couple weeks with the Elite 2.

I'm using the middle thumb stick tension for both thumb sticks. For my right thumb stick I changed the settings from Default to Instant. I have the left thumb stick set to the middle tension as well with the settings at Smooth.
