Xbox Elite series 2 Controller RB issue

My Xbox Elite 2 Controller has issue since two days with the Right button, when I press it in a game sometimes it reacts, sometimes not. I am playing on PC with a cable. I got the Controller 2 weeks ago and I dont know where the Problem is. Would be nice
if someone could help me

I hear the RB is the main issue with Elite Series 2. For €180 I'll pass.

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam

Pick different issue, they have it locked down so only certain things are allowed to call on.

I would say yes. A lot of elite controllers (series 1 and 2) have several manifacturing problems, the most common are RB/LB malfunctioning and sticks.

Pull up the Xbox accessories app and test your RB, I did it and saw that the RB light up twice although I was pressing it once. Give it a go.
