Xbox elite series 2 controller issue, anyone else having this problem?

I got mine the other day have it updated. Connecting it to my PC via bluetooth the right stick will move the mouse cursor and clicking in on the left stick opens a keyboard. My problem is that in a most of the games I've tried to play with it clicking
the left stick will minimize the game and open the keyboard, in Need for Speed Heat and Forza Horizon 4 the left stick spins the camera as well as turns the car, the B button doesn't all ways back out of menus, had it act like it was the A button and bought
items. In Ghost Recon Breakpoint I noticed that the input commands change from keyboard to controller sometime while moving the right stick, when aiming I just spin around in third person. But in Boarderlands the Pre-Sequel it worked fine. Also it works perfectly
fine wired with no issues. I know right..sigh but has anyone else had anything like this?
