    Is it possible we can have an update to make the elite series 2 controller have same polling rate as the new xbox series s/x controllers?

    Also in the xbox series 2 controller elite app, when you choose dim brightness to 0% it reflects that only while you are using the app, as soon as you quite the app the brightness goes back to default.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller

    Yeah the Elite Series 2 was basically improved from feedback of users of the Elite Series 1

    Many problems were fixed including the bumpers and the grip that also came loose after some time

    Hope to get an Elite Controller one day :)
