    Hey everyone/Microsoft/whoever,

    Bought an Elite Series 2 about 2/3 months ago, RB yesterday became less responsive especially on quicker clicks or clicks closer to the top of the controller. LB (for comparison) works all the time regardless of how/where I click it.

    Warranty has 7/8 months on it but I cannot get anywhere trying to claim the warranty. The online form it pushes you to use in device management breaks for me at Payment (I've tried clearing cookies and such as it asked but it makes no difference). I've then tried to go down the route of calling customer service but every time I request a call back from the chat bot it errors after I input my phone number.

    Any help? This is quite frustrating.

    I gave up trying to go via Microsoft. Went back to the retailer and they swapped it for me.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble sending back your controller.

    Try this option to see if it resolves your issue, since you said it crashed on you at checkout.

    1. Open a private browser
    2. Go to account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in
    3. Choose your controller, follow the steps all the way through.
    Alternatively, you can go through the same steps on your mobile device.

    I’m not sure the invoice is going to be the problem, I can’t even get in contact with Microsoft support. The chat is a chatbot, the chatbot fails to request a callback and the form crashes at payment. I’m going to speak to the retailer but this feels like an impossible situation.

    Incredibly frustrating since I have over half a year of warranty left!
