Xbox elite series 2 constant issues after multiple returns.

Honestly don't know what to do at this point, but the basic gist of it is that almost 2 years ago I purchased an xbox elite series 2 controller to replace my elite series 1. Since then its been constant out of box issues, after numerous warranty returns.

Multiple of them seemingly shipped me a brand new controller with all the extra parts meaning I have piles of extra paddles etc. all of these have had issues ranging from sticky face buttons, unresponsive bumpers, sticks that don't click properly when pressing them in etc. The best controllers I had very quickly (within a week or so) had either issues with the right trigger becoming sticky, or bumpers not inputting when pressed at certain angles.

Just got a controller back that is the best I've had expect it feels like something is stuck in the right trigger and it feels mushy/stiff at the end of travel and I just don't know what to do at this point. I want to return it to hopefully get some miracle controller but think I'm not gonna bother at this point and just wait.

These issues don't even bring up the fundamental deadzone issue with the sticks because of the adjustable tension. Adjustable tension is awesome, but when you have it at any setting below the tightest the stick just moves freely in a large area and causes deadzone issues in tons of games. This has been an issue on all the controllers and I assume its just down to how the adjustable tension works.

It seems like a lot of these aren't repairs just sending me new controllers and every single one has had issues that have made them far worse than years or decades old controllers I have.

Whats the point of warranty if every single controller has issues?
