Xbox Elite Series 2 Broke twice because of the same issue

3 months ago I‘ve purchased a Xbox Elite series 2 i used it for like 2 month and played Fortnite competitvely and my RB and LB bumpers started to register twice and some times don‘t register at all and i kept using until my RB bumper completly stop responding
and my LB bumper registering everything twice so i went on and used my guarante i got a new one and after only 1 month of using i get the exact same issue and i‘m forced to buy a new one because i can‘t switch back i saw other people with the same issue but
comm on microsoft the same issue twice in a span of 3 months i did not drop it or anything related never raged on it it just broke i would like to know if fixes are going to take place in the future because thats is juste a waste of 200£ really

it should be under warranty i'd return it when you get the chance

Just return it and get another one. These controller have history of issues however i can say i had one and it was horrible but i returned that one and got a great controller and have never ever had an issue again, however this is not the same for everyone
good luck. There are other great controllers out there but with these you are rolling the dice sometimes

It's a shame to get a lemon when the controller is expensive but you should still be able to replace it.
