Xbox elite II controller buttons not working. May I talk to a human been?

I purchased the controller at late december of 2019. But I did not got lot of time to use it at first because fo the pandemic (I live abord, mainland China). Recently when I finally got time to use it, I find out that the B and A buttons on the controller
is not resposive(I have to press hard to activate that). And it happens cross games on my computer. I tried to contact the support on US website, but the only thing I got is a virtual machine asking me the serial number that I do not have, becuase the packge
box is in US but I am currently in China. And when I switch to the Chinese website, they told me that Microsoft is unable to recieve this device since it was been sold in US, and they only provide 3 month of warrenty for a 200 bucks controller. Moreover I
can not even repair it for a cost becuase Microsoft China does not provide repairment for expired prodoct.

Unfortunately if you haven't bought Microsoft Complete the Elite Controller is indeed just under warranty for 90 days according to the

Standard Limited Warranty from Microsoft. Especially because you bought it in the USA but are in China right now it is hard to get extended service as China is really limited.

I think the best option you have right now is to open the controller and look if maybe something is keeping it from making contact.

I have an xbox one elite controller, it's working fine - Use it as my primary controller and the grips / buttons all work fine, you must have been unlucky and received a defective unit.

RB button breaks seem to be common on controllers. My elite controller RB buttons stopped working as well. I was able to use my warranty on it. I recommend you send it to get it fixed, possibly getting in contact with xbox support and explaining the
problem. You might also want to talk with the retailer you bought it from and see their policies for broken items. That may be impossible since it has been 3 weeks since you took it out. I hope this cleared some things up for you. I'm happy to help if you

In Halo 2, the Covenant split into two factions.... Elites, Grunts and Hunters against Brutes, Jackals and Bugs. The Elites sided with the Humans, thanks to the Arbiter working with Johnson and later, the Chief.

Though the Hunters and Grunts were still enemies in H3, that may have been because they were quite close to their Great Journey, or another reason. It would be perfectly possible and plausible for them to actively fight alongside the Elites and humans.

I recommend that you talk to customer support and say that you would like a full refund for the controller and mention that you have had four other xbox elite controllers break. Xbox elite controllers are known for breaking and at this point that is probably
your best option. The fact that you no longer have a warranty may be an issue, but most of the time customer support will be willing to work with you.
