Xbox elite controllers headset port quit working

customer support asap so that they can take a closer look at your warranty status and get you squared away on a non-malfunctioning controller.

Thanks for posting here on this xbox forums. The Elite controller does in fact have a 3.5 port for the headset. All accessories should work with that controller as well, including the charging stations.

Yes i updated my chatpad using my other elite, still nothing i made sure its plugged correctly too and nothing. It works fine with elite 1 and the other controller is just the elite 2 is not even picking it up. It picks up the headset piece so I know the
port is not bad....
