xbox elite controller turning off randomly need to submit a return

Hi I bought the controller directly off the microsoft site it is the elite 2. I need to send it back for warranty yet trying to do this seems impossible on your site. so here i am.

I have had to try and fill out a return form and put the details which you should already have seeing i bought it from you. it is absolutely infuriating.

now you want a serial number which I cant read as the numbers are too small and proof of purchase.

I bought it from you direct it is in my orders tab sort this **** out. how can microsoft be so badly setup that I cant click my order and a button for warranty.

So I cant read the serial number with my bad eyes how would you like me to proceed ?>

yeah i have been trying to submit a return for about 3 hours now this [Mod removed- inappropriate] website has me stuck on step 3 and wont print the label and email to me so i can click proceed. tried chrome and ie and the
thing is stuffed.

I had this problem for a year and i discovered for what ever reason it was just the one game i was playing (elite dangerous) it was litterally the only game that made my controller turn off randomly every 15 mins

I always turn on and turn off my Xbox 360 Elite console with the wireless controller!

Oh and ours also randomly turns itself on as well. Turned off with the controller and was just sitting on the couch and the Xbox just turns on, no noises going on and the remote is still off. Creepy.
