XBox Elite Controller Series 2 Vibrates all day

My son just got the controller a week ago. It will not stay bluetooth paired or pair at all some days. Today it just vibrates all the time. It is not in a game or anything and the only way to make it stop is to turn it off. For this much money this
controller should connect and work. Not sometimes work in everything but fortnite or not even bluetooth connect. I can't even get it to reset.

He plays on a gaming computer that uses windows 10.

You Can change in game menu. There are also some models of controller that let you manage sensivity vibration etc. for example Xbox Elite controller series 1 and series 2

Could have been mishandled in transit at some point. I suggest contacting whoever you purchased it from about a replacement. Hopefully you have it under warranty.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings.

- Select Accessibility > Controller, and then select Vibration settings.

- Choose the controller you want to change and select Configure.

For an Elite or Elite Series 2, select the configuration profile you want to change, select Edit > Vibration, and then move the sliders to adjust the vibration.

For an Xbox Wireless Controller, select Turn on vibration to turn vibration on or off.

Your Xbox Series X/S controller should still work normally on Xbox One console.

Make sure to change your vibration settings.
