Thank you. As I said I did get a replacement. But it doesn't help when the replacement has the same issue.

I don't think that's the case with mine. Like I said it might have something to do with the air trigger settings because it only happens to the lowest setting. Also, it only gets worse over time as it happened to my first controller. At last, even if it
goes away, I don't think that's the user experience Microsoft has to offer to customers who paid 180 dollars for a controller.

just explain what the problem is. they will sent you a post label. then you box it up put the label on and post away. they will fix the problem or send you a new one
