    Xbox elite controller series 2 -- ON PC


    I want to start by stating that this will be the last Xbox product I purchase. This controller feels great, that being said. Xbox support is awful. The first day I bought it, it took me hours to configure, and several more hours with Xbox chat team to help
    with no luck. I want to write a formal letter on how bad their service is and the utter lack of care for their customers. It's sad that you have to rely on the community for help, when the company who sold you the item, has zero interest in helping.

    The Problem 1:When I plug in my headset to my Xbox controller, then plug my controller into my PC via USB my headset works flawlessly. Can hear the game, listen to youtube videos, etc. When I connect the controller to my PC using Bluetooth,
    the controller works fine, but my headset is not working. No sound, mic doesn't work, nothing.

    Note- I am not using Xbox dongle- I am using my PC's Bluetooth. The drivers and Operating System is up to date. The mic is:

    Corsair HS50 Pro

    The Problem 2: When you want to configure your controller, you have to connect the controller to PC using USB, which means you have to disconnect using Bluetooth, then delete your Bluetooth device, then reconnect the device by searching
    for it. This has to be done every time you want to reconfigure your controller.

    I need help. Please.

    Xbox One Controller successfully connected to PC via bluetooth does not work with Windows apps.

    There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

    I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
