Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 LB

I've had my controller for about 5 months and the left bumper is becoming less and less responsive already. Every other part of the controller is working fine and I wan't to know if there is anything I can do to fix the bumper. The bumper itself isn't
loose or anything, it just doesn't respond.

I would say yes. A lot of elite controllers (series 1 and 2) have several manifacturing problems, the most common are RB/LB malfunctioning and sticks.

Return this please if its under warranty. DO not spend countless hours troubleshooting this. These controllers have always had issues. Yes there are lemons that were sold. Believe me i bought a lemon however when I returned it i received a gem and have
never had any issue with it. So not all of them are lemons but if you do get a lemon return it.

I purchased the controller from Best Buy. I could look into their warranty.

Where did you purchase it from? I believe Microsoft themselves only have a short warranty on controllers, but wherever you purchased the controller from might have a longer warranty as standard. If the bumper isn't responding, then it's likely an issue
with the controller itself, and it might need to be repaired.
