Xbox Elite Controller series 2 "double clicking"

My Xbox controller had this problem literally a month ago and I had to get it fixed, now it's happened again and I'm not bothered waiting a full month to get my controller back..

It's really annoying but it double clicks every so often I click my RB button. It puts me off when I switch weapons in various games. There's lots of videos on how to fix this so i'm assuming it's a common thing? Anyone else having the same problem?

I assume it is still within the product warrenty so I would get a refund and get a new one, if you've had to have it repaired once already and now its faulty again then the store you bought it from should have no issue giving a refund

I have been lucky my elite 2 I have had since xmas with no problems.

I would definitely let Microsoft know its happened again .

They are supposed to be looking into it . But no news yet ?

go to the Store and claim warranty i heaved and never a problem

I would return it before the time runs out on returns. Then decide if you want to get another, but maybe have the same issue. At least if you return now, you can get your money back and when a fix is found buy another one. That's a lot of money
to be lost.

And if I bought through a 3rd party and opted out of the warranty?

If you have a receipt you might want to return it for cash and wait for a new revision (or get the first edition controller).
