    I placed an order for an xbox elite controller series 2 a week ago, was charged for it and the order just shows pending. Is there a stock out issue on this controller? Irritated I was charged for something that did not ship and there's no way to get details
    on my order.

    Thanks Everyone. Finally contacted support. They gave me a ship date but that was not visible on the order status, just kept showing pending. Would have been great to be able to see the date.

    I agree to the other replies to your question. Due to the unfortunate pandemic we face, delays are to be expected and unfortunately your order may take more time than it usually would to process and be delivered.

    I'd give it a couple more weeks and if there is still no progress , proceed to contact Xbox/Microsoft support to find out if there are other reasons that your order is delayed.
