    Hi there,

    I've recently ordered a 'New' Xbox Elite Controller through Microsoft Store, as the one i am using seems to be experiencing defects. I've had to replace parts on the one i have currently and i'll feel better off if i just order a new one. Ever since I've
    been using the Xbox Elite Controller, i find it very difficult to use any other type of controller for Xbox. Also, my warranty has already expired so i'm unable to get it completely replaced.

    This post is not about support for my controller however.

    My enquire is simple, on my order it states "Ships by 31/05/2018", does this mean it'll be delivered BEFORE then or does it mean it'll be Delivered ON that date? I don't understand why i'm finding it difficult to understand this. I
    believe the reason it ships so late, is due to the fact that the Microsoft Store is out of stock on these controllers. Does anyone know when they restock? I've been waiting for a week now. The reason why I've posted this is because i would like to know the
    questions above before i decide whether or not it's worth spending £20 just to replace a part of the controller, when i could easily just order a new one.

    I hope someone could give me assistance here,

    It means that they will have it sent out of their warehouse by that date. Not necessarily that you will receive it on that date. You would have to contact their customer suppprt for information about red rocks.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
