    I updated my controller last night and when I go to use it this morning it doesn't connect right on my pc. I opened up Bluetooth settings and it pairs just fine but it still doesn't work on any pc games. Then, I plugged it in this morning and it works for 1 game and disconnects and will not connect again wired or wireless. I tried all my USB ports and unplugged it multiple times and no help. Controller works fine on Xbox but not on pc. Guide button has no effect when pressed and when I try to open Xbox accessories and connect my controller to try to update it the app can't find my controller. when it worked earlier it said it "unfortunately this app doesn't currently support your controllers new firmware". Ive had this controller for a year and never had this issue till now. my friend is also having this issue went and bought the elite 2 today and it didn't change anything for him either. is there anyway I can roll back the update? Anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Is there a difference between the Bluetooth on the Elite and the one on the regular Xbox one controllers. My other controllers connect without an issue, but not the Elite.

    Have you by any chance attempted to connect the controller directly to the PC through a wired connection?

    As well, you have mentioned that the controller that came with the Xbox One console is recognized on the PC, but that the elite controller is not recognized at all on the PC. This same elite controller, does it have any issues with connecting to the Xbox
    One console?

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I understand you are having issues with the elite controller V2 staying connected via Bluetooth and hard-wire. Do you have other controllers you can test out on your Pc to see if the issue is specific to the
    elite controller? If you don't have another controller, would you be able to test out the elite on a different Pc?

    Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects to Samsung frame TV, but does not work to control any functions on screen

    I have the same issue:

    * the plain Xbox controller (non elite) connects via bluetooth to the TV and is recognised by the Xbox cloud app on my Samsung TV. I can use it to play games using the Samsung Xbox app.

    * the brand new Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects via bluetooth to the TV and is NOT recognised by the Xbox cloud app.

    I tried several attempts deleting the pairing, re-pairing. Turn off TV on the power switch. Re-installing the Xbox app on the Samsung TV.

    The result is always the same:

    * The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects successfully to the TV and is shown as Paired and Connected in the Samsung TVs feature where you add external devices.
    * But the Xbox app shows the yellow ! exclamation mark and does not recognise the Elite Controller.

    I’ve paired my other non Elite standard Xbox controller now vie Bluetooth and USB, which works both.
