Thanks for the update, maybe the light is not functional anymore.

But we can try to discover that.
Are you able to test the controller with a Windows PC?
If the light isn't coming too, sadly the led is not working anymore

Also, you can try downgrading your controller firmware, just in case a bug appeared when you updated the firmware:

**Try using the original cable for this purpose, not all cables deliver the enough power to do this process

The controller is on the latest firmware and I am using it with an Xbox. The profile works ok but seems like the led light isn’t working.

No the only controller that has a dimmer light is the elite series 2.

No the only controller that has a dimmer light is the elite series 2. You can always use a piece of electrical tape to cover the light.
