Xbox Elite Controller 2 - Party chat doesn’t work

Hello again Chris, if it works normally with a normal controller, try unpairing your Elite 2 by connecting it to a mobile phone for example and then re-pairing on Xbox, if it doesn't work the idea would send it to the Microsoft warranty.

Same result. It doesn’t work. I can plug in my regular controller and it works fine. It just doesn’t work on the elite 2 controller.

Try to follow the procedure below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Hello Chris, are you using your Elite control on the console or pc, have you tried some procedure like updating the firmware of the control or even doing a reversal of it?

I just updated the firmware prior to posting. It is on the latest version. It did not fix the issue. I am on Xbox series x
