Xbox Elite Controller 2, how to speak to someone about the service centre!

I recently sent my Elite contoller 2 to the service centre following the guide provided it the my devices section. I got the UPS label and sent it away, i was logging in every couple of days to see how it was going. When clicking on the controller in the
devices section i could see that it was received by the centre and it stayed in this "received" status for a while. Now, due to covid i understand that the status may have stayed like this for a while.

However, when i logged on yesterday i noticed that i can no longer see the service update when i click on the controller in my devices. It looks like everyone of my devices like i have it in my possesion and no service order has been raised for it? How do
I contact someone to find out what the status is of the service and more improtantly where my £150 controller is. The only option i seem to find is to raise another service request against the controller again, but as i have no controller to send this cant
happen.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with a repair/replacement. We recommend to request a call from support. There is no contact numbers for the service centers.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

I recently purchased an Elite 2 controller and haven't experienced any issues yet. There are plenty other people who have had terrible experiences with them.
