Xbox elite 2 RT LT not working in fortnite

It work great with all other games... games I dont even play but just was testing. The hair trigger also works on all but one game.... kinda think the is fortnite/epic issue but just trying everything. Is look online I'm not the only one with this going
on. So maybe you could push this up the ladder and maybe it would get fixed but I dont think its u guys its epic games most likely....

do the triggers work fine in different games?

Did you make adjustments to the controller settings, either in Game or via Xbox Accessories app, if so be sure to try and reset those.

Also check if the hair triggers are being used (bottom side of the controller).

If this is happening across multiple games, be sure to try this:

My elite serios 2, RT and LT buttons don't work when I connect it to my mobile(Huawei P20) via bluetooth. Anyone know how can I fix this?!?

Settings -> System -> System Info, now type each one of these codes then a prompt will come up asking to rest the xbox to default, if none of them work, you'll need to call Xbox Support at 1800-4MY-Xbox.:

I'm using the regular wireless controller.

Am I able to switch LB and RB to LT and RT on the Elite controller?
