    Xbox Elite 2 replacement lost by UPS, when will Microsoft send another?


    This controller has had to be fixed twice now and this time out of warranty so it was $79 to get a replacement. It shipped Dec. 27th and as of Jan 18th it is still lost. I’ve had 3 phone calls starting on the 10th, one of which I was hung up on and never called back. Microsoft forced me to file the claim although it states by UPS for the sender to do so. I also have a direct contact now at support I can email and even after 3 days of giving them the claim number and the package still lost, it has just been crickets.

    So been 22 days now where we can’t play Xbox together. Has anyone else experienced this? In the past this worked so well.

    Elite series 2 controller replacement

    Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

    I having the same issue and its happening on a brand new elite 2 controller the I got when I replace it at the microsoft store because of RB issues. Dont know what to do now because i hate to have to go back to the store to get another replacement.

    Hey man can I have some help I shipped my elite series 2 controller back to microsoft for a replacement because Ive had the problems everyone has had with unresponsive buttons and got my new one back today and checked if it had the same problem and sure
    enough it did so now I dont know if I should send this one back for another replacement

    I sort of disagree. Loyal customers generally spend more money and as such they get more from you.

    The Elite controller is savage, but they aren't built to last. They are extremely overpriced. €150.00 is cra cra.
    Problem is though that lets for argument sake say that Microsoft sent out an elite controller to the original poster (that means Microsoft has lost some money) then someone else calls saying the same thing, so Microsoft now sends out another controller,
    and another and another. How long before Microsoft stops sending out free Elite controllers? when its costing them thousands of dollars a month?

    Microsoft stuck to what they have to do legally, nothing more, nothing less.
