    Hi guys Xbox Elite 2 controller was send to Microsoft, came back with more troubles. :)

    I had some troubles with my left stick, drift, yeah. I send it to Microsoft and they repaired the drift trouble, but now my left stick unscrew by itself. My right stick jump off the controller(magnet look like too weak to keep the stick on place. Also, I have some difficulties to put the controller on the charger, look like the magnet don't do its job, before, it was real easy and now I have to put it with caution to get it charging. I chatted with an agent and I was suppose to receive another UPS tag to send it back again. He told me that will take 24h max, but now its 36h and no news(yes I checked my spam mail). Can I just be refunded or have a new controller?

    what came of your controller repair? I reached out to Microsoft support with a similar issue only it was the LB bumper , and they told me they can send me a standard elite controller, and nothing more.

    ok, my 1st elite came back, try this. left stick drift to right (fresh new controller from ms service)

    ok i sent back this 2 broken Elites.

    1-2 week done, get 2 new fresh Elites... tested... both new Elite's (my 3rd and 4th) left sticks drift to right...

    my last 5 Elites broken, 3 fresh from Xbox Support. Thats a big joke.
