Xbox elite 2 controller is a bust

Just got this remote today upon setting it up getting it up to date and all that I ran into some issues, when I press down on my right analog stick it will turn off my remote it is fully charged but after doing so it won’t turn back on until I plug it in, even when it’s plugged in it will just turn off then turn right back on, as well the left analog stick just won’t press down in certain angles, it’s a shame that a product which cost as much money as it does doesn’t even work straight out the box. If I could get some help fixing this problem or getting a replacement that would be great

Based on the information you've provided me, it sounds like you have a problem with the controller hardware. There is probably a problem with the lever
right analog stick or with the left analog stick.

I'm very sorry, I think the best solution for you is to request a refund. Microsoft offers a pretty affordable money back guarantee at least enough to know if your devices will work correctly or not, in this case your drivers
Xbox are no exception, so you should be able to get a refund without problems as long as it does not exceed the days allowed for this.
